Wow, great news and thanks for letting us all know how it went!

I recently fronted queensland supreme court for cultivation.

When I was arrested I was charged with cultivation of 22 kilos of bud.

First time I went to court it went down to 19 kilos.

Second time it went to court it went down to 14 kilos.

Nearly 3 years later when I finally fronted for sentence

the amount had magiclly dropped to 2.3 kilos.

I received 50 hours community service.

When ya get busted, keep ya mouth shut, don,t tell them nothing. Everytime you open ya mouth, they gonna use what you say against ya in court. Say nothing, ask for a lawyer.Don,t make a statemate.

The only thing you need to say is.... I will use my rights to remain silent.

Keep ya chin up, as long as its personal use it will be alright, BUT IF they find anything, scales, bags,then thats

a different story.

The amount of poor dumb bastards that admit to selling is amazing. Don,t even say ya give the shit away.

Thats another charge (supply)

Oh one last thing, Ya gonna get bet treatment in the supreme court, then the magistrate.

In the supreme court its seen as a pittance, an annoyance really.

There most used to dealing with more serious stuff then some poor pot head growing his own hooter.

The magistrate will chuck the book at ya.

Good advice uncle acid. Strange how the original amount of pot gradually dwindled away in Police custody.

Shiskeberry - 7 weeks 3 days flower all done. 2 x 1000 hps. Coco hand watered 9 litre buckets. Ohh and a/c as it was damn hot up north!
