i got some auto-AK growing and after asking the same questions as are asked on this thread i was a little dissapointed i didnt just buy northern lights or just plain AK but i did have some normal AK anyway.

So i germed indoors (have a good indoor set up) and i decided to clone my normal AK47 and put some outside in the same general area as the Auto AK.

After growing indoors for 3 weeks and then putting them both out in the bush the Auto and non-auto ak47 are flowering at the same rate. Indoors they were 24-0 light cycle. BUT!!!.. the norm AK looks like its gunna outyield the shit out of the auto.

In the future, and this only backs up what the old wise growers have already said, i will just stick to normal AK cause it can flower most of the year outside anyway. PLUS it can be cloned, PLUS, its bigger.

As for the stealth just push the norm ak47 over so that the stem creases it doesnt hurnt the plant. Only prob is u can end up with lots of smaller buds rather than a good couple of top colas because the entire side of the plant facing the sun proliferates.

i will always like my outdoor plants and will try to keep growing them.

but it is getting to the time for me to get of the farm and move to town in a unit,so i am looking into the auto's purely for there stealth.

a couple of them in the garden in town would not even get noticed.

this wise old grower knows when its time to change his ways so i can continue to do what i like to do.they just wont be monster plants...

it will be a shock to the system to go from your trees to a 8gram auto,,,,,,,,,stay another 10 years on the farm

I played with autos in the northern hemisphere. It takes quite a few of them but they were ultra stealthy. yielded about 20-30g a plant. There really hardy outdoors took a lot of rain in the summer and took some drought in the fall still never affected yield. I was able to pull a pound every 5 weeks using 40 plants in 5 places less than 1 sq/ft. I would start them off indoors for two weeks pull the males and plant them out side. planting 20 new females every 5 weeks. I only checked on them twice, one feeding at week 5 and week 10 for harvest. they really hate nutes so make a good soil mix. Its a good Idea to plant them in the ground you will be surprised how much these roots will stretch. good luck lol

well i have just had a smoke of the lowlife hindu kush auto' :freak:

very tasty ,excellent narcotic stone.

the plants did not get very big and the yield was lower than expected but i feel that it is my fault,

as i accidentally mixed the nutes too strong and burnt them a bit,

so that slowed there growth in the first few weeks

the diesel rider i got is to be harvested in a week it smells so good

and the ak47 auto's are going great guns :haha:
