Grow schedule

I'm trying to think of an appropriate schedule for the grow. But my head just keeps on confusing it self.

 

Grow space is 1200H x 800L x 600D Cupboard.

I want to have plants always flowering, i was thinking just two? in that space.

Maybe having a mother and a couple of clones.

 

Therefore i would have one mother plant, and 4 clones in one space. The clones i would take once a month from the mother. 2 every month. Veg them for 4 weeks each. But this would mean i would always have 4 plants in my flower space :S because they would take 8 weeks~ in total in there..

 

oh god im muddled,

does anyone have any ideas or have a setup similar to this?

yeah i know what SOG is. Many plants in small space.

i did a bit of research on it and dismissed it due to the amount of plants.

 

maybe i over looked the best method.

 

ill be back with more questions after i do a little more reading on it

Thinking out loud.

 

Ok, so with SOG you need 1 square foot per plant in flower.

Therefore, i would be able to have 4 plants in flower in my grow box.

This is the minimum amount of plants you can have for a SOG i believe.

 

Harvesting only one plant every two weeks, from what i have read the yield per plant is approximately 28g there abouts.

28x4=112g over 8 week period approx.

 

I think this is the best option for me, it's easier to maintain compared to a scrog, constantly tying down etc. I'm not a dealer so don't need a lot of it. i also dont ave a lot of height to work with.

 

This would mean thaat i will need to keep a mother plant and a small clone box in another space.

 

How large would the mother plant have to be? as well as the grow space? only tiny, right? for two cuttings per month.

But have been looking at a few ScrOG grows with similar grow space dimensions as i have and they are yielding approx 12oz after a 3 month period. This is much more than what i would yield in 3 months with a SOG setup.

 

Here is what i have come up with...

Both after 12 weeks in total

SOG: 1oz per plant, per 2 weeks. therefore 2oz per month. 6oz total in three months.

ScrOG: 10oz total in three months, dumbed down the figure to smaller grow space.

 

Correct me if i'm wrong, because most articles ive read say they produce the same amount of bud eventually.

for scrog many small lights is easier to maintain and more efficient then 1 big light

thanks for the info radic. but this is a stealth grow, therfore i cant really make a worm farm out side. i also dont have a lot of time on my hands either. so this set up has to be self reliable, meaning i could leave it for a week without it dying on me.

 

This is why i think scrog is not the right option, i would not have the time to train it every day.

 

I've also read over Al B. Fuct's SOG tutorial and how he does and he uses 200mm pots instead of 300mm pots. meaning he obviously has one more plant squeezed in to whre two are supposed ot fit.

 

Doing this would mean i could have approximately 12 plants in the grow room at any one time, 3 in each 2 week phase. meaning i would pull 3Oz per fortnight. multipl that by 6(3 months) and it would mean i would yield approximately 18Oz in three months. better than a small scrog grow.

 

though since first time growing and getting things in order id take that down to around 12Oz as an estimate.

 

So i haveit worked out.

 

I'm either doing 12 plants in grow room at a time, or 8 plants.

Aeroponic setup with misters or sprayers.

having another small space for 1 mother plant and cloning area (6 clones, will pick best three)

there are no hydro ponic systems that could forfill this requirment

hydro is not forgiving

if you make a mistake you will lose everyting in 24hrs

you will need a constant eye on a hydro system

even with full automation

servacing every day is a must

you may need to retink dis aspect

organic soil in pots is far safer and will have a better chance of surviving weekly servaces

You're right, Radic.

 

New plan, get this

simply pots with a soilless medium, and having a tray with an inch of water underneath it. soaking up in to the medium or somehting. liek an autopot but it doeasnt drain. and i could shove air under the pot as well.

 

thoughts, i want something simple like an autopot system happening.

 

i know i could keep that 1" at a constant 1" with an auto feeder i could make. but i dot knwo if its healthy

but is is slowest hydro methord
