Anyone know where I can get a 90deg duct fitting?

Recommended Posts

ive had a few T or Y joiners made at my local air conditioners, three rings welded with sheet metal or astro foil depending on how much you want to spend. couldnt see a 90 degree costing much more than $30 but im sure you could make your own 90 degree bend with the ducting and tape.

I tried a lil' while back to get a 250mm elbow from one of the top plumbing supply places, but the best they had to offer in that range was 200mm or 300mm. Seems when they get up to that scale of fittings, they seem to go up in 100mm increment's

Interestin' concept though, 480L/secs of air, going into waste water of a small street. Makes ya wonder where it's all gotta come out, hehe.

All the best with it Stingray. ^_^

I think I could live with 300mm. Just need to find a place that stock this stuff and is open to public.

I think there is a misunderstanding though.. I don't plan to vent into the sewer. That was just a comparison because we talk about plumbing supplies.

Any tradies here? Anyone know a good place to go in Sydney for plumbing supplies? Or even better, a web page?
