How much light is too much?

i like the idea of keeping good records i think is so important i herd of a study where they found that by looking even experianced growers cant pick a diff of <20% in growth rate so maybe i should keep a record some measurement for future grows and post my results.

i did turn one of the lights out and they seem to be doing about the same if not better because the temp has come down. i will prob turn both on for flowering and try and save up for a more powerful fan in the mean time esp seen as i will need to suck air through a filter during flowering.

my house mates dont even know about the green in my closet.

after all this discussion i have come to the conclusion that one light is best because it gives u about the same results half the power! and globe degeneration.
