Ebay vapes

Hey guys. I've recently been suffering quite a bit from sinusitis so i've decided to better it maybe i should quit smoking............. and start vaporizing.

 

I had a look in a few of the local head shops and the vaporizers seem a bit on the pricey side ( $150- $400), so i had a look on eBay and found a couple of potential buys. Wondering if anyone has had experience with vaporizers like this and if they are any good?

a hotbox style one, i don't think one of the glass dome vapes would be practical because me or my dumb ass mates would be inclined to drop the dome and break it.

 

I was also considering the vapor genie and the vaporstar. The portability would be really great for getting ripped on the go, but i thought i usually get stoned at home anyway, and if i'm going to shell out money for a vape i might as well get a good one, with zero chance of producing any smoke. Thanks guys!

i'd be interested to know how you go if you do buy one from eBay. I'd like to get one myself withou spending too much $.

That one in the link that i posted is probably what i'm gonna go for now. it's just like the vaporite one that you see in the ads on this site. I tried the light bulb vape method but you just end up using so much lighter fluid, it's hard not to burn the herb and it's easy to drop it in your lap and burn yourself specially if your off your nut. It would work in a pinch but i thought I might as well just go the whole hog and buy a proper one if i can get one for 80 bucks or less. Still any advice would be appreciated!

I paid $355 Aus (inc postage which the dude halved) using PayPal from The Arizer E-Bay store, which I now can't find? Maybe it's still on E-Bay somewhere?

I just bought the one i mentioned in the post earlier. I just realised though that i might have to buy a voltage transformer, not just an adapter for converting it from AUS to US power. Anyone have any idea on what i'll need??

Well, i've had the vape for a few weeks now, and let me tell you....... it gets you CHOPPED!!!! Works a treat. Takes a while to heat up though and the temperature guage isnt quite accurate but i think that may have to do with teh fact im using a transformer. I would recommend just buying one of hangmans vapes because i ended up spending the same amount buying the transformer and adaptor. Only thing you have to watch out for is burning the weed. I set mine to about 360 farrenheit and just draw on it not too fast but not too slow. You should breathe out a cloud of white mist, it will dissipate quite quickly, unlike smoked. Enjoy boys!!
