Need opinions - Iron def or ?

Hey guys,

 

This is some of my nirvana wonder woman, she is about 16 days into flower, 1100PPM and 5.6PH, also had some LST done as you can see. Hydro, drip fed. Under a 400W hps also. Feeding only Plantastic BLOOM A+B. I started to notice some yellowing of the leaves while the veins remain a dark green about a week ago. Reading up I thought it looked like an iron defeciency, but was just after some other opinions and some feedback as to what may have caused this?

DO NOT just take my word on this one,its a bit hard to tell because of the HPS light but i think they need more food.

 

are you using tap water ? if so are you letting it sit for 24 hours before use ?

 

when i was using 100% tap water i had problems with my grows,now i use 50% tap 50% RO water & now my problems are gone

yeah i'm using tap water, when i get the chance i let it sit for 24 hours, but not always...

 

ill update soon with some better photos, no hps lights

try and let your tap water sit out all the time,if you can get some RO water i no that would help you in many ways.you can get it in fish shops where they sell marine fish,or try and buy a little unit.

 

give RO a little test and see if your plants look any better,try and do what i do and use 50/50 tap,RO

Ok i have attached a larger image with better lighting, hopefully this will help someone shed some light on the problem.

 

I have tried flushing completely with no change. I'm almost starting to think it could be light related, some type of light bleaching? it was flowered a little too late for the size space its in so at the moment the top of the plant is about 25cm away from the lamp...

hey data i too have a similar problem as this i am currently growin in rockwool flok my m8 who has no probs says my could be pH too low (usually round 5.7-5.8) according to this gr8 sites posts i have found that certain micro nutes not available at this rate also rockwool book says to step pH up too 6.4 during bloom...... i have just recently tried pH about 6.0-6.2 not sure if this will work but will keep those interested infoed...also have stepped nutes up to 2.4-2.5 as b4 will keep posted.....oh my test probe is for tds not sure if any1 knows wat the difference between tds and ec i know ppm is divdide by 1000 i think .

i tried a lil bit o micro nutes on 4 last nite hoping ( fingers crossed)

5x rhino (not sure white black or wot )x 10" pots

1x candy(only wot i bin told) x 10"

17x rhino sog x 6"

all under 2x 400w hps

approx 8 wk cycle

at the moment the top of the plant is about 25cm away from the lamp...

Try raising your light a bit ,, looking a bit burnt And lower your nute strength .
