Please help!

Hi ,

My first and only plant I have ever grown was looking gorgeous! I don’t know what I did wrong or how it’s possible. I just started flushing her with ph’d water for a couple of hours and took detailed observation. She has grown balls in the last day or so!!!! There is round berry like balls in the 20% of the buds

I thought my buds where looking quite nice! And I was preparing to harvest soon 

 

What should I do? it feels like the world has collapsed

Well it hasn't collapsed it has just come early.

 

You can keep picking the male balls off by hand until the buds are ripe enough or you can bite the bullet and harvest now.

 

I once had a plant that was at that stage and I was away that weekend.. i came back and it was covered with what later filled two coffee jars.. yes 500 gms of green seed.

I just got my secateurs out the instant i saw it and made do the best I could with it.. mind.. it was dripping hash oil on the paper I put down before cutting it.

 

My friends later were avid to get another smoke of it.. By killing it before it sent too much energy to seeds i managed to salvage good smoke from the mess.

It's a bit hard to see from that pic marty. Do they look like bannanas or like balls? They arn't seeds are they by any chance

Yeah I think I'll harvest before it all goes male. I still have some good buds,

there not hard seeds there quite soft and have hairs coming out of it?? But never the less there the same shape as Orange seeds but just soft! Fare out! and if I harvest now it's going to taste like shit!!

It sounds like you're mistaking the swollen calyx's for seed pods.

I checked again this morning there 100% solid seed 1 bud is totally infected ive cut it off and inspected a little closser the balls are solid and when I squeese them it looks like a stringy thing comes out (probably the roots) has to be seeds, I've never seen buds that grow solid balls every where.

 

How the hell can this happen at 1 stage she was almost ready ! I had 1 week to go! is it the fan blowing air or me touching them??

 

The good news is that I have a few 20cm nugget females that aren't infected and ready for harvesting I'm going to harvest them now. The bad news is I didn't get to flush with water for 2 weeks

Yes you should still flush.. if the balls squeeze out strings.. If any of them start turning hard they should be removed but this should not affect the total outcome a lot if you flush then harvest. The plant is under stress and should be harvested.. You should not have a bad smoke there by the looks.

I have harvested them already gouger. Because the seeds seemed to be accumulating and escalating further to the other crowns. I knew I should of flushed I got about 112 solid hours of flushing happening with PH water at harvest the E.C was 1.4

 

So they will taste like crud right?
