www.everyonedoesit.com has heaps of papers, including clear cellulose. They are good for novelty, but I don't like the way they burn most of the time. They also sell lots of other things, I been stuck looking on there for hours! I'm in NSW and have ordered from there a bit, I like getting different papers for my rollie's. And they have flavour drops you can add to joints, cones.
