Tick's Organic Soil Mix from Overgrow Plz Help!

I used to grow using Tick's Organic Soil Mix at Overgrow, and even won Overgrow picture of the week or month or whatever once with it!! Oh that was a beautiful plant, rock hard buds too.. Mmmm

 

Ok so, I need this mix recipe again! Did anyone save it perhaps, or can find a link that works, or something? Hell, maybe someone remembers!

 

I remember it had in it:

 

- A bale of Promix BX soil

- Worm castings

- Bone Meal

- Blood Meal

 

Don't remember quantities, or if there were more things, or any additional instructions. I just remember I used to water my plants with water, and that was that.

Sorry dude, can't help you personally, but perhaps a bit of a google search may provide some answers? I understand there are still some caches of overgrow info out there....

 

Any other members have any suggestions?
