Hey,

Found this while in the veg room . The strain is kashmere from cs.. It has three branchs each set instead of two.. Will be tryin to isolate the trait and work on it a little.. Will update later down the track...

Thats quite interesting indeed.... 3 actual branches rather than just 3 leaves but only 2 branches eh? and not just the one node either? I think this plant and its genetics has fallen into the hands of the right person to do something with it too

i have 2 plants doing the same thing in my grow room, one is a black death and the other is a jack the ripper x celtic cross. my original celtic cross also did the 3 branches per node thing so im thinking its a celtic stone trait as the strains all have it in them somewhere along the lines

 

i hope you get that trait stable, it would be worth a fortune to get strains to put out 1.5x the normal yield

Well that's a shame....Cloner you can always try dosing a seedling with colchicine, (extract made from crocus bulbs) and see if ya can get one going.

Me, I would be happy with 3 bud sites rather than two without having to mess with chemicals any day.

I don't know much about training yet, but I'm thinking maybe the extra 'bit' round make for interesting training? I dunno. Has really sparked my curiosity.
