An article i came across, may be interesting to others as well.

Titled Sinse Seed,by i dont know who.

It is possible to cross your favorite two females to create a new strain of seed that will produce all female plants.Preferably, these two plants will be different types of plants, not from the same mother seed.

This will create the best offspring, since it will not lead to inbreeding.Plants from seed created in this fashion will be all female plants, since there wil be no chance of male chromosones from female parents.

Use Gibberellic Acid on one branch of one of your selected females to induce male flowers.Gibberellic Acid is sold at nursery supply houses for plant breeding and hybridizing.Spray the branch you have selected once a day for ten days with 100 ppm Gibberellic Acid. When the male flowers form, pollenate the flowers of your target female.Only pollanate whole plant if buckets of seed are desired. It is possible to cross the female with itself, but can lead to inbreeding...........The article finishes by saying that he(the writer)has tried this himself with no joy,but has seen it been done in Europe

So there you have it,not sure how factual it is,but certainly worth a try.

:peace: So with all females then how does one stabilize the strain? Or is this just a one time thing, and to do it again you would have to force another girl to grow male flowers....

I guess stabalizing the strain would come down to your choice of prefered females to begin with. One time thing, dont know, perhaps with the seed you have gained from the female flowers you pollenated and cloning, air layering ect,the possibilitys are endless. So i suppose it could be quite some time between forcing another girl the flower.
