3 seeds 3 plants... nobody's got a clue what they're on about

firstly, hi all . New to the forum etc etc.

this is my first ever grow so i dont expect too much in the way of returns, although one is always hopeful !!!

its week 4 now and i havent a clue what i am growing . the seeds came from friends and they found them when they bought sticks. only thing is though like i said before i havent a clue what strain they are. Can anyone help? I have been through so many photos my eyes have started to hurt and i am no closer to finding an answer

 

any help is appreciated.

It can be very, very difficult if not impossible to tell what strain a plant is before it flowers, and maybe even after harvest.

 

Damn nice looking plants though, short and healthy - looking good. Prolly a good chunk of indica in them maybe?

 

Make sure to keep us posted - why not do a grow diary where you can get advise from everyone as the plants grow.

thanks guys. i wasnt too hopeful but it was worth a try. but i was wondering.... do they look ready enough to start flowering? complete noob here.. it's been dry for a while so i thought i would give growing a try, and jumped in head first without really researching it. thanks again. oh and how do i set up a grow diary? sorry could anyone please direct me to a good guide etc for fruning and general care that will give maximum yeild? I am ok for the nutrients but its the caring and looking after i need lots of help with. Edited February 26, 2008 by trinadad

Those plants look sweet mate, no need to worry about what strain they are, just look after em and enjoy the fruits

You could certainly flower them now if you like, they'll still grow about another 50% while they bud

its no air-banding..... from scrubs. and i will try for the grow diary.. but i can get lazy. wow really another 50% hmn?... need more hieght for my room .

yeah nice looking plants mate, you might try gently bending over and tying down the highest tips to keep height under control and encourage more lateral growth and bud site exposure to the light.

 

Do a search on LST.

nice thanks for the tips. They are 1 week into flowering and i am not sure but i think 1 might be a male :-( but thats cool 3 out of 4 aint bad . they are looking good and healthy for the moment..... but i did accidentally burn one (only 1 leaf though, thank god). what can i do to stop them from growing too tall. I have already cut the top off of it and it keeps getting taller.
