when is the best time to flush

Hi All, is it better to start flushing half way between the flowers going brown or when they green bits start going milky.

I didn't realise how behind the times I am.

when I did the water game I ran a sugar-water mix (pH adjusted) for 4 days and the hit the res with a clearing for 3 days then a flus and rinse for 3 more days of adjusted water....taste was good (strain dependant) and the bud burned all the way to ash no coals....but each strain was a little different and I had to adjust as you will... 6 to 7 days of flush and water is plenty in most water systems....

 

soil...ummm that is gonna depend on whether you nute the soil or if you apply all nutes from a water source (in dilution)

amended soil....you need to daily water for 4 days with clear and then at least 3 days of balanced pH water( I add 2 days for each week past 8weeks a strain is in flower; 10 week strain has 7 days of water a 12 week would get 11 days to ensure all salts have been dissolved and the plant is clean of nutes)

diluted nutes only...one drench application of a clear and 2-4 days of balanced water

personally i feel that a 10-14 day flush is perfect, but a week will do most people
