Our Greatest Hope Gone

Recommended Posts

Bill Richardson the Govenor of New Mexico, the man that signed the bill allowing medpot there has dropped out of the race for president...

I know It might not mean much to Aussies, but I felt that this man was our best hope of getting the whole matter of MJ settled. And I had hoped that if we finaly did something positive, then the rest of the world would take notice and listen...

When he signed his states medical marijuna bill into law he exclaimed that it was the right thing to do.

I feel cheated by his dropping out.

It's a damn shame I reckon. -.-

I don't have the faintest idea who you are talking about really, but I'll trust that he is who you say he is. ^_^

Since it seems Australia mimics USA in a lot of different aspects, I think that once it has been made legal there, it won't take long for it to become legal here. B)

I love love to legally walk down the street smoking a joint. I would love to legally grow for my own personal use. And I would love for everyone to have the freedom that legalization would bring!

Tobacco's legal, and it can cause all sorts of ill health.

Alcohol for the most part is legal, and I have seen what chronic long term (ab)use of that can cause.

So what the fuck should cannabis not be legal too?

Anyway. That's my two cent worth for the day. :D

Toodles.

:freak: ~M.

Yes, I have no idea of who he is, but me not usually being a conspiracy theorist think, due to the nature of his claims, that this here is a conspiracy. Someone may have made threats unless he were to drop out...pity that. To much god damn power I say...

, anyway, it is a shame, i'm sure he would have done some great work.

Ah you should visit California! All those things are reality there, and other states are getting the idea.

The reason cannabis became illegal was due to bigotry in this country. The reason it stays that way is money, plain and simple.

I understand that you all know as much about our elections, as we do about yours. Bill Richardson is probably just too much of a nice man to be president. He wanted to get everyone home from the middle east, and I believe he could have done it.

In the letter he doesn't say why he's dropped out, and that makes me wonder....you know?
