sea of green yields

Recommended Posts

hi i have acess to super skunk clones and im considering growing them using the sea of green method what sort of yields should i expect per plant?

I'll go out on a limb here. I'd shoot for 1 pound per 600w HPS light, with one plant per light with a screen 1metre square...

hey biscuit,

Well 20 lbs a year isnt too unreal a goal to be setting but there are many many unknowns.. You need to work out what size area and what you can afford, plant numbers wattage etc.. If you flowered with 2400 watts all year around (so you'll need a preveg room) you should be able to pull 4-6 harvests of around 2-4 pound.. sea of green is maximum number of plants finished as quick as possible .. most of the time with numbers thru the roof heres a rough guide-

2" spacing 64 per square foot no veg 1-2g

6" 4 p/s/f one- two veg 7-14 g

8" 2 psf two- 3 veg 14-28g (Al B Fucts system)

Then there is screen of green (least plants needed to fill maximum floor space) which most people go towards for safety in lower numbers but the total crop time is longer.. hope that helps some
