Hi

Would someone here be able to tell what strain a plant is after a few weeks of flowering?

or only towards the end of the flower cycle?

be good to know what it is etc, also if new growth is getting a lil more pale then usal a touch more newts is prob needed?

or is itjust cuz of the stretch 12 days passed of 12/12

its very hard to name a strain on the blind

the amount of poly hybrids available today

just masks the traits of alot of strains

we can try but i dont like ya chances..

are u feeding it flower or vege nutes??

how light is the green?? almost yellow and it could be a deficiency

thats if it appears in the newest growing tips

Yea panic you got a hindu kush strain .... while im here can anyone tell me what sort of tree ive got growing in my front yard , its got dark green leaves ?

yeah only got a pic at day6-7 12/12

yea using flower n's paleing is more prononce now then that pic and its going down the colas to all the new flower sites

using some old megabloom newts should i go get some canna or something else better quality someone said the megacrop and megabloom stuff was pretty good , using coco, used nulife cocofeed for the vege just dont have any for the flower

hey,

Are the mega bloom nutes specifically for coco if not might be why you are seeing discolouration... Prob best to run nulife if thats what the plants are used to no need to chop and change.. Strain could be anything looks to be 60/40 indica/sativa so about 8-11 week flower at a guess..

That photo looks great panic, sometimes at that stage of flower the new growth does look a bit fluro-lime-green , but if its getting toward a yellow colour that maybe a problem .. tell me are there and bugs hanging around the plant ? ..

Im no authority on coco so someone who knows that area will advise ..

the megabloom says for soil or hydro , seems to have more calcium and magnesiem then the nulife stuff which is what coco wants so i thought itll be ok, as ive got a heap of it for free awhile ago thought id try it, is say the 5l containers are 2-3 years old.

ive had a few scarid flys in there i have sprayed pyrtherin abit and noticed a week ago some larve in the waste water, so i used azadrench this week, gave em a good dose of pyrtherin spray everywhere

setup some sticky traps, layed some potato and i have only seen a couple flys in the last 2 days and no larve in the potato yet, so i guess i should be able to keep em under control.

also got some superthrieve in the res, res is running to waste

all in all they are progressing well so maybe no need for concern just going a lil palelime in the newgrowth, maybe the cold weather the last few days, first grow so im sorta thinking somethings gotta go wrong hah.

Good onya panic it sounds like your on top of it , speaking of scarid flys , i also have a problem with them and beleive me they can chew your roots bad enuf to cause some noticable yellowing in the growth pattern .. but the azadrench gives the scarid a good kick in the guts although i couldnt completely get rid of them with only one application so this time the hydro man had some of the old school scarid drench but i havent tried that yet .. foliar feeding helps green the plants up a bit too ..

yeah seem to have the scarid under control notice i got some other pests in the coco put 1 under a microscope im pretty sure its a springtale, there were a few of em on the potato slices real tiny things .05 mm etc but nothing to be concerned about i think,

 

2 days ago i hit em with some cannazym rizatonic and pk13 for the first time and jez the colas have jumped up 2inchs since would hope so for the cost of the stuff.... flowers looking alot nicer now in just 2 days as well

im at day 18-19 of 12-12 when should they stop stretching?

i thought they had slowed but that was cuz they were thirsty cuz the limey looking new growth had gone darker gave em a good feed and its now limey again with new growth
