Ahh shit, LST prob.

Just kinked (cinked?) the main stem just then trying to do LST.

I have proped it up with a stick to stop it from dying (I hope) but its still bent. Do you think it will recover? do you think I'll need to get a pic up?

It is my best plant to, so I hope she's ok...

it should survive unless you have almost torn the stem clean off and even then provided you are quick about things you can tape the stem back in place and have it survive

 

just be patient, give it lots of tlc and before you know it you'll see new growth

hey,

depending on size of stem cut some straw length wise then open and place around stem.. if stem is larger garden hose or 21mm hose... then tape if needed.. hope that helps

Yeah, she'll be ok Tim. You can splint it with a stick and some tape or something similar.

 

My attempts LST usually end up resembling GBH(grievous bodily harm) with split stems and amputated branches

...but I'm usually surprised at just how much physical abuse they can handle, I hope she pulls through for ya, especially if she's your best plant

got to youtube & type in supercropping. Very Very interesting. Infact i found heaps of grow stuff on youtube. i never even used the site till i found these vids

a little trick i have done in the past is get a match and stickytape it to ya stem as the plants strengthens it will just come off or if not gently cut it off

 

just make sure ya dont forget its on there
