from the size of the plant i'd say its been stressed a fair bit also the red/brown hairs would be from stress

more hairs have started to go brown/red i think it is going back to veg stage as the days are getting longer now.

should i leave it be or try and harvest what is there and try again next season

its up to you if you harvest now you'll end up with a single cone of hairs if u wait and let it re veg you'll end up with a nice tree and alot more harvest

ive got some more seeds any way. i might harvest it and smoke everything leaves and all or use the leaves for spin with the weed i buy. theres about a sesh worth of bud there i estimate.

Hmm you mentioned this plant was really just experimental? In that case, your probably pretty stoked that its gotten this far and its probably a good idea to harvest it and start over.

 

But at the other end, it would appear that you've grown quite attached to your plant which is understandable since it is your only plant and growing seems to have some sort of maternal effect on the grower, hell you've even named her.

 

If I were you I'd stick it out and see your baby become a monster. Then again, if she smells and your worried about security you could be in for a few months of worry.

shes actually still budding strongly, the whole stem is covered it buds and hairs now, im going to leave her for a few more weeks i should be able to get a few good sessions out of it.
