I just went a bought a Hygrow Spectrum 130w 14000k ultra blue light & hood for my little project.

will my sprouts be ok with the sun for the day then the CFL at night? They are going outside for the season once healthy.

Iv had it goin for 2 days now & they seem to be ok.

I have the light 2inch's away from them as there aint much heat & i have a fan.
