Is this a good harvest ammount?

Recommended Posts

So for those who haven't followed my grow at all, my room is 4 X 4 (feet)...using a 400w

I weighted in at 5.7 ounces, the buds are crispy on the outside and have been placed into jars.

Is this a good amount for the size and watts for my grow...and will the weight go down much more if I'm jarring and burping the jars over the next week?

Thanks

Heres a little pic of the end product. Came out lots of small buds, not much big colas. Had 20 plants and am trying to decide weather or not to go with 9-ish next time or not.

Wow 20 in 4x4 i would only do 6 or 8 maybe not even that I do 1 plant in 2.5x1.5 cupboard and get close to 10 oz.

If this is your first grow then you have done well. lol

However your yeild will increase with experience you now have a target to beat next time.

With that area and with the appropriate grow style you should get close to 13-14or15 oz maybe get a pound if ya lucky depending on height restrictions and good growing conditions.

Sounds right to me.

Cheers

15 oz from a 400w light? You sure i could get that?

Im gonna lower to like 9ish next time, maybe less.

This is my first grow in several years, but not first ever.

Not to bad fir ya 1st run.

I only have a lil 2 door robe and i can pull 10oz out of there using a 400w, and in time i am sure u will be pulling big harvests as u only get better with each grow...

can i ask how many plants u got going, about how big is your space?

In general if you can pull 1 gram of dry bud per watt of HID then you have things dialed in pretty well efficiency wise. A pound from a 400w is above that mark, but still very much achievable.

hey there

great to see ya first grow went well hey my first ever grow indoors i ended up with about 2oz of toasted bud and a heap of seeds lmao

but that was along time ago

would be interesting to see what size pots you used for 30 plants and how long you veged them for cause to me it sounds like you could increase your yeild instantly by either getting some bigger pots and dropping ya plant numbers or getting some better genetics and probably dropping ya plant numbers as well

anyhoo almost 6oz will get ya through for awhile wont it

cheerz
