No mystery to it. There's quasi-political groups who think it is their job to save all us poor stoooopid cannabis users from ourselves. These busybody wowsers form ad-hoc groups which later become better organised and even obtain very significant govt funding. Drug Free Australia got about $600,000 from the govt this year to preach their unworkable, often patently false zero-tolerance theories and to libel, defame and misrepresent knowledgeable harm-minimisation advocates like Dr Alex Wodak. These jokers literally have ppl working day and night demonising cannabis, perhaps making little bets on how outrageous a lie they can get a newspaper editor to print without said editor getting reporters to question it.

oh yea Al B. you're right about that one....silly of me to think that this shit was finally starting to wind down and that there weren't so many lameass groups out there that will stop at nothing to fuck up someone's day or life. But ya right...who am i kidding? There are certain groups of ppl that fall into this category that we have to encounter at times that revel in misery and enjoy it. i'll name just a few....any LEO anywhere anytime, IRS agents, DMV employees, parking meter readers and collection agents. the list goes on........shitheads to put it bluntly
