possible burn

here is a shot of what I think is heat burn.

The seedlings are at day 14 under 38watts of growlux fluro in soil in my very first stealth grow box:)

looks like nute burn or a pH lock out to me, in either case i would give that plant a good flush and only give it plain water until it shows signs of needing a feed

Otherwise healthy plant for 14 dys ... only on the one leaf, if youre feeding it nutrients maybe is nute burn or spill of nutes on leaf , or something in teh soil ? are they in soil ? are there any more in same condition ? unless it persists or gets worse id not be too concerned as the latest growth looks fine ...
