Thanks mate

I am going to give Coco a go next to see if I can get a little more body to the buds. Also, going from 6 down to 4 plants and I'll revert back to scrog this time with a 400 watter per plant throughout...

I reckon I'll get even better results... Just trying to decide on the size of pot to use or if just to go 40L Foamies, 1 Per Plant?

I was thinking of going triple tier 20L pots after chatting with blackheartedprofit yesterday arvo, but still undecided...

I'd like to achieve around a meter squared per plant SCROG give or take, obviously not too tall at all, I'll have to veg for ages i know :D

Any how, I'll keep yous posted

Cheers

well done

enjoy ya fruit

u say coco and scrog and 400w per plant

im excited...sounds like a mad grow

are u thinking of maybe mixing a wee bit of perlite threw the coco??

wat nutes u plan to use?

i flower out in 300mm pots with coco perlite and land around 5 oz a plant

with coco i find i get better yields from the smaller pots compared to other mediums

to cut ya vege time on the scrog,u could maybe get some 500mm pots

throw 4 clones in each pot,but thats a whole different avenue

and 1 im trying next yr

great effort on the grow well done enjoy ya harvest

i wonder wat dry weight wil be??

all the best and take care

Hey Guys and thanks for the replies!

Well... I have boxed the almost dry manicured buds to really slow down the last bit of the drying process and begin the curing side of things. The boxes have holes in the sides ansd I open them for about 30min each day from now until I reckon its been long enough? So far, 29.5 Ozzies... not as much as I was hoping for, but I do have quite a few of the lower branches I cut last still hanging with leaves on them which need to be manicured etc I have around 3- 4 there.

All in all, I'll scrape 2 elbows. I was let down by the density of the buds a little, hence the idea of changing my medium? They ended up being not as solid as the others I've done. I think an uneven canopy might have had something to do with it as I had to keep the lights a little further away so as not to burn the taller colas, this obviously had a negative effect on the lower branches...

Any ways... SCROG wins hands down in my opinion and I'll definately be going back to that method! B)

Now, I have taken the advice and have bought myself 55L Coco and 25L perlite which I'll mix at that ratio as my growing medium.

As far as Nutes go, my next batch of clones is on formulex at the moment.... cheaper version of rhizotonic (very hapy with ;) ).

I think I'll spend the little extra and go straight for Canna Coco, unless someone can suggest another better formula?

Now, I have about a week before I'll move the little ladies into there new home... I'm still undecided over pot size? Veg time, well, clones are about three weeks old now so Ill be vegging at least 5 weeks to get the plants to maturity +-8 weeks before turning them (I learned this recently- supposed to increase yield per plant heaps). That should be just enough time to 75% fill my 4 sqm screen?

Also, I'm getting 2 new strains this week! Two clones... White Widow and Big Bud... so I'll have a bit of variety finally!

I'd like to veg these in my grow too but I'd like to get them to at least 3mths old before I clone them to get 2 new mums? I'll probably chuck them in and snip a couple off during early flower? I' should still get a mother with good genes off them if cloned during early flower?

Enjoy the pics to follow

Cheers
