Hello Peeps

 

Been a while!

I been waiting for plants to reveg to get some half decent clones to start all over again to overcome probs with bugs 'n shit...

Also, changed room setup to make it easier to get to all sides of plants etc.

 

Got just under 30 Ozzies on last grow off 3 sickly ladies... made wicked 'sreen-hash' out of the left over bud 'n leaf...Mmmm.

Here are a couple of pics of my new grow setup... somewhat simplified this time round?

They have been in there for about 3 weeks now and are looking really healthy. Judging by their size, Do yous reckon they've vege'd for long enough so as to provide the neccessary base for big plants or should I leave 'em for another week or two?

 

They are growing fkn fast man... Its Awesome! Also, I haven't tipped them or anything like that. I was going to see what happens If I just left 'em for a while. If I changed my mind, when is the latest one can tip plants without negative effects?

Heya snake , theyre looking real promising, and i reckon you could do a little training and trying down if you wanted to , you know just put some holes in the rim of pot and gently bend tips down and tie with soft wire or string and papaerclips, training like that certainly increases yeild whilst minimizing stress to plant hence its called Low Stress Training LST ..though i have tipped on the day when i turned to flower and no apparent negative results, guess it depends how much head height youve got ....

sounds like you getting good yeilds so far , can only get better

running 4 x 400's

Bongon'. Last grow was a scrog.

This time Ive decided to just have a look and see how I go with 6 Plants a litttle further from the lights. as apposed to the others at 'point blank' if you know what I mean... At the moment, the lamps are about 24" above the plants. On the last grow, I had the lamps about 12" and less away throughout(I did burn some buds a little towards the end).

I have an architects light meter and i'm registering between 5,000 and 4,000 footcandles about 200mm above pot height at most angles, so I'd say i'm under the required 10, 000 Lumens reaching the plants by a long shot. I might have to replace the bulbs in the not too distant future?

 

Fraz... I reckon I might put one or two in bondage to spice things up a little I just want to grow some big stonkers though as apposed to the 'flattish' plants I have been growing . These are clones of the same strain, a mate called them red rock but I dont know for sure?. Already, the leaves are twice the size of the others I've grown, and have wider fingers too... Could this be because of the cooler temperatures?

looks great racingsnake, i'm in reveg to but i'm havin puter probs again and cant post other than quick replies. they look like you could turn them any day as they still will have a stretch anyway especially with your light further away. it's all experimentation learn as we go mate. i just give it a go, if it works, great. if not thats something not to do next time hey. once i fix my probs i will get some pics up so we can compare. your hash looks great dude and can imagine what its like to smoke yum yum....good luck and happy growing.

Hello Again

 

Look What I've made since we last spoke!

I kept things real simple this grow and kept nute levels pretty constant etc, running 24/7 in clay balls, EC around 2.0, ph 6- give or take. Veg'd for around 3- 4 weeks and then a week 12/12 on veg nutes and then switched to flower nutes. I've got about 1.5 weeks before I flush for my final week, I'll just play it by ear though...
