Trichs time frame

Hey all

Latest plants are getting close to finishing, 8 weeks yesterday, and have a wee q's

what timespan am i looking at from when the trichs are cloudy/clear to the time when they are cloudy/brownish?

Is cloudy/brownish what we want?

That is the best overall body/head stone yeah?

I have been feeding them with nothing but PH adj water for 10 days now in cocopeat and have just gone from 100% clear to 50/50 clear/cloudy.

Did i stop giving them nutrient to early? I think so now

sounds like you timed it perfectly to me some pics would help, but you could think that you stopped the nutes a little early with all the yellowing and shit thats going on, but thats just the plant using the stored up nutrients which makes for a much sweeter and higher quality smoke

 

the resin can take many weeks to change colour, it all really depends on the strain and how long the resin has already been there

 

if you like an all over high, i would harvest now at around 50/50 milky/amber trichs, but if you like a bit more of a couch locked feeling you should wait another few days until you get around 75% amber just remember that the more clear/milky trichs you have the more head dominate the high will be, the more milky/amber trichs the more couch locked the high will be and you will be able to perfectly time your harvest

Yeah got the yellowing shit going on and had read that it was normal but couldnt find a time frame for the colour changing of the trichs

Definatley want a more of a head stone as i still need to work so yeah i was going for a 75% cloudy 25% amber on 1 and the opposite for my other girl.
