There's no need to get rid of the the gear, as ya know your not breaking the law by owning it or having it in your possession. maybe just bundle it all up up and pack it away somewhere for safe keeping at a later date. No previous convictions is a bonus for a personal grow. But if ya had plans of a bigger grow and ripping off power by bypasin' the meter/s. Lose the lot asap.

 

It's a bumma ya didn't get the chance to give em a big wave. Let em know that you know their tailing ya. That'd piss them off and let them know your onto them as well. Letting paranoia get the better of you plays right into their hands, that's what they want. Just size up the whole picture for what it is. Hopefully, your growing a couple of plants for a personal use, and that's all they are, nothing more 'n nothing less, and here you potentially have a couple of grubs done up in overalls thinkin' their some sort of super heroes, that really should be fighting REAL crime. But instead, their wastin' taxpayers money to play their little game, chasing plants and their growers. If anything, these guys should be frowned upon for wastin' people's time 'n money...

 

From past experiences, they seem to like to wrap these sort of investigations (QPS) up within a 3 month period. Don't take that as gospel, just something i've learnt from past experiences. I'd be doing either what pipeman or SS said, prolly more along the lines as pipe. But if you don't feel confident you can hold your bundle together in front of em when/if they do appear at your place, go down the road SS suggested.

 

If they do pay a visit, be cool and polite 'n take the fall ALONE. Their gunna throw quite a few questions at you to trip you up. So, do your homework now 'n be prepared. I've even gone to the extent of compiling some information packs for them to take home with them, mainly containing real facts about cannabis, even slipped the LEAP promotional video in there, just so they can see what some of their US counterparts think.

 

But yeah, this is not the direction a lot of people would take. I'm just a smartarse that likes to push the boundaries at times. All the best with it beef_jer_key.

yeah im paranoid as fuck, every time someone unexpected knocks on the door my heart stops for a second. I suppose it will be like this for the next 3 months.

Whats it like to be raided are they still going to go through everything after finding no hydroponic setup? is there anything i can do to fuck them over once they've raided my house and found nothing? what will happen if i am not home i suppose they will just kick in my door.

what about after the raid, will i still have to be careful, will i still be on there "watch list" anyone have any experiences they want to share about police raids?

Who can predict what to do, really is an on the spot decision. . . . 4 plain clothed plod really keen to come in the front door, holster clips off, radio crackling. . . . hmmm not an ideal situation, figured it was better to be nauseatingly helpful than have to deal with whatever back up surprise they may have had. This strategy worked for me, however I do stealthily plan for minimal impact. I think it helps to pull in all the information you can so that if you choose to be helpful you can chat away without incriminating yourself! Best of good luck.

First off take a deep breath and relax (then go have a cone or joint or whatever M8) and then just relax some more. If the porkers are onto you then the best thing you can do is good house keeping, keep nothing on you or at home larger than personal use. If you do get raided then make absolutley no statement at all, tell them 'NOTHING" all you have to do is say "NO COMMENT" . you have no obligation to make any statement whatsoever and it can not be held against you in court at all.

 

Nine out of ten people provide the police with viable charges against them by giving statements while under interview, most times while thinking that they are providing reasonable excuses for simple possesion, Tell the pricks NOTHING.....Just say NO COMMENT, and NOTHING ELSE. It is your right by law and not giving a statement can not be held against you in court.

 

It is not the cops that press charges, it is the prosecutor's , and they need evedince to take you to court and prosocute you....Most times it is peoples own evidence that they use against you. JUST SAY NO COMMENT, no matter what.

yeah you'd reckon theres more important fish to catch than the average person just growing a few nuggets for themselves.

One thing i didn't mention before was that i when followed home i wasn't in my own car, i had burrowed my mates, do u reckon that they'll keep an eye on his home as thats where the car is registered to. he does not grow but would like to in the future, i told him to lay low for a while, how long do u reckon till they sort of "forget" about it all and move on?
