i dont want to ask a stupid question but... what does feminized mean? 99% chance of being female plants?

Feminised seeds are made from a female clone that has been stressed an has turned into a hermaphrodite (it has male pollen pods and female buds)

 

If you use the pollen from this plant to pollinate another purely female plant, you will get feminised seeds.

feminised seeds come from plants which cant be turned hermie by usual methods ( a plant without any male genes), which is then turned hermie by chemicals.

there is a thread about it called 'female to male'.

Once your female is a hermie you cross it with a clone of its self not another female, unless that female is a pure female as well.
