Spraying the room down with a mix of bleach and water (1:10) and cleaning everything thoroughly should kill any remaining pollen in the room. If you're at all concerned, you can also incorporate a weekly foliar spraying to your regeime (up to say week 4 of bloom) and this will knock out and kill any pollen that may remain stray.

You can also spray plants with things like "bud blast" which kill pollen and male flowers very effectively.

Pollen in dry, dark conditions can last quite a while, but usually the lifespan isn't more than a week or so with average circumstances. It's like germination rates though, as time goes on, you get less and less seeds from a batch actually germinating, even if some still do after a long time. So it's worth doing a washdown and clean to ensure things run smoothly.

By the time you've finished a grow cycle in the same room there should have been plenty of time for 99.9% of pollen to have died naturally, but spraying the room well and cleaning the shit out of everything you can think of will ensure that last tiny percent is removed too. High humidity, and high temps, make pollen stay viable for less time.

Hope that helps.
