I came across it simply by searching ebay.com (international) for vaporizer. Not sure if they're available for UK/AU style power supplies though. Unlike the Volcano which fills up a bag, the V-Tower is direct inhalation via a tube, as if it was a hookah, which I think i'd prefer over a bag. It also has a ceramic heater, variable temperature control, and a stainless steel build. btw in regards to the power supply, does anyone know if you can buy a US-powered 110v unit and then use some sort of adapter to plug it into an AU 220v wall socket? some sort of 'universal' power thing? Dave The Nefarious Posted March 9, 2007 Author Report Share Posted March 9, 2007 Here's a couple quotes i've found at forums where people have tried it:if you remember me from OG you'll know i'm a Volcano maniac i've tried the heat gun set up's (vriptech) but it's just not for me if you want bang for your buck i'd buy a Vtower, my local head shop sells them, cost me 200 bucks and i like it lot's for when i'm sick of inhaling from the bag, variety is nice and i usually pack up and take the vtower with me so i don't damage or dent my volcano that's two good vapes imo - one's a chevy price and the others the mercedes price... but a mercedes is worth the money if you can spend the money i've bought a couple vaporizers since i last posted, i bought the VM3 for over $500 bucks and it's not good, and I bought a V tower too and i like it real good... just for a change from the Volcano once in a while ... I bought a cheap one for a U.S guitar amp and completely fried it - unrepairable!!! You need a voltage adapter not a plug adapter. You can get one in Dick Smith etc They look cool btw.
