Does it come with a stem and screen(s)? If I charge it on my credit card what is the name that comes up? (my parents get the bill) What kind of packaging will it come to my place in? Does it go just to the letter box or to the door? I'm assuming it won't fit in my letter box and I don't want something that says Oz Stoners sitting out with my name on it. Thanks!
