Since this is only my second indoor grow, I must say I'm impressed with summer, you can grow your seedings outside for 6 weeks, then inside to 12/12, while your next seedlings start by that time the first lot are finished.

Also the stems and the trunk of the plant have red/purple lines etc

i would say that you have flushed the nuits out' if your doing that twice a week thats the idea of flushing. i would use manutec bloom booster as directed once a week then when you are ready to pull them stop 2 weeks before and then start flushing hopes this helps some people might say that as the plants buds all leaves will turn yellow but i find only the bottom leaves turn . and the red and purple lines could be sign of a fert shortage might all so be the strain that your growing  good luck and keep on growing here is apic of my purple plant i know this is not a shortage but the strain as 3 mates are growing this with the same colour and results useing differnt methods

they are looking good... just starting to pale.. id say its an all round deficiency... obviously its lacking Nitrogen... maybe just sprinkle a little osmocote for bloom... it should have everything you need... and just water with a flowering hydroponic nutrient....

I would say the different types of nutrients you have been using have caused a slight imbalance at one stage.. and by flushing you've depleted the soil of nutrients...

depending on how far they are away from being finished .. you may need to re pot them again.. in a flowering potting mix.... 20 20 10... or 10 10 5

flowering plants take half the nitrogen than a growing plant.. its still a major part of the nutrient mix... the yellowing of the leaves from the bottom up is a classic case of a lack in nitrogen... osmocote is a slow release fert and should fix it over a few days... you could also try to ass a little fish emulsion.. or liquid nitrosol to your watering cycle to help with the nitrogen dif. but only use this the once.. maybe twice.. dont over do it... once should be enough
