lurch
just wondering if anyones heard anything about or ever used a cloning machine for taking clones. they use rootless aeroponics spray mist and are fine to use in hydroponic or soil gardening. they reckon they are a 100% success rate in 5 days!! Shithappens
5 days ain't that special as you should have roots in 5 days just with many different ways you cant see them till they breach your medium for your clones folliage + scissors + some rooting hormone + some water + medium = cloning machine Unless they take a branch and do it all for ya and spit out rooted clones i would say save your money and do some self sourcing for what you need but if you are offering steak knives i could be convinced!!! Indycar
I take it itsa system and not a machine aye? Have to be a sophisticated bit of machinery to take a cutting in the right spot, hormone it and suspend it in a system like you mentioned.
bufo marinus
Sounds like the begenning of an urban myth.I do believe you are talking about an aero cloner
lurch
it doesn't take cuttings or anything you put cuttings in it and it has an air pump a water pump and sprayers an aeroponic system made for puttings clones in
bufo marinus
I dare say if you did a search here you would probably find a thread on aero cloners?Cloning tray and rockwool cubes are maybe a little easier?I think what your aiming at with the aero cloner is basically having bubbling water bursting just below the net pot to provide a fine mist. thc24
i just bought a aero cloner alot of cleaning needed, makes a bit of noise, can be too humid and i got more yellowing and purple stems than i do in a normal crib but rooted as fast if not 1 day faster than normal. I got 90% rooted clones in the aero in 6 days roots wernt as fluffy or as many as in the normal cloner using rock wool.. really only got one or two roots in first days and plant wilted when i removed the crib i dont normally get this with the standard type cloner. Being my first run with the aero im sure i didnt use the cloner to its fullest, rock wool isnt recomended but that is what i used probally causing the overwatering.. the few clones i did mediumless looked good until about day 5 when they also started to yellow and new foliage either burnt or moisture related damage. first pic rooting in coco easy and least problems pic2 new aero cloner first run pi3 skunk clones in normal cloner pic 4 rooted aero cloner clones now in coco pic 5 rooted clone from normal crib cloner pic 6 flouro veg room pic 7 skunk clone(tall) and a bag seed clone kept for the shortest node seedling ive ever seen.
