Can anyone diagnose this plant

Understood with the lower EC in summer because it wants more water than nutes,

but the feedback I am getting with other stoners is 2.0 should be the max EC for

your plants, yet every nute bottle tells you to take it up to 2.4 or 2.6. And apparently

Canna are suggesting the lower EC now as well. Have all of the other nute manufacturers

got it wrong for so long as they contradict what stoners are recommending.

No they haven't got it wrong but I would say most of the information on nute bottles is trying to cover a broad range of plants. If your growing a heavy feeding crop of Tomatoes you could run up as high as 2.6 as oppossed to growing lettuce which apparently likes it around 1.6-1.8. Cannabis seems to be happiest around the 2.0 mark.

Next run man i would be running them as low as needed to stop it from happening and getting stronger till they do leaf burn like that.

 

Then you could have an idea as to what your plants like.

i dont know if anyone as said this but half the normal flower nutes when adding pk , that way your not over fert them..

I always drop back on normal nutes when adding pk but still take it up to the 2.4 2.5 mark on the EC meter. After taking in all comments I think over fert

is definitely a big factor and I think bilpuffalot mentioned internal heat and this could also play a part. So cool tubes and lower EC for next run.

What would be the noticabe effects on the smoke if it was being over feed

for the entire grow?
