i invested in a RO System , to see if my Ph would stabilise , it worked for me

 

supposedly , because the resevoirs are low , the water authuoritie here add something to the water that makes the seddament settle , only to save the theyre pumps from high maintenance ...

:applause: EC 0.8 straight out of the tap :thumbsup: yep that water's hard.

If this is coming from a ground water source the high level 50 - 200 mg/L carbon dioxide need time to escape into the atmosphere till the level reaches 0.5 mg/L.

The pH will continue to rise to a level dependant on the groundwaters bicarbonate HCO3 content

By aerating/tumbling the water the CO2 is returned to 0.5 mg/L faster so that the Ph level can then be set
