I get something like that in my clone box and have written them off as baby gnats eating the leaves.

 

Mine are a bit more stand outish but look under your leaves for some little bugs chewing out on your leaves.

 

I just rub my finger over top and bottom of the leaf and hopefully the offenders get squished and it goes away.

 

It has never reached my bloom box so it must be working...

What colour are they that you're catching? white? green? black?

 

 

Also, look very closely on the undersides of your leaves for what look like little specks of dirt that move - tiny larvae, maybe only one or two on each leaf, and mostly towards the base of the plant not the top - can you see any ??

the flys are black and i havent seen owt on the underside of my leafs

Have a look at the underside of an affected leaf when you get a moment, you may have to stare at the leaf for five seconds before one catches your eye, theyre not too easy to see, you've really gotta look close, it's like looking for specs of dust as they're just larvae. That's what i've got anyway and it's causing white spots on the leaves sorta similar to yours so maybe youve got what i've got

Well I'd be interested to know what causes this particular problem also .. as a couple of My plants have a little of this ... and so have many of my plants over the years ...

I can see no pests on my plants whatsoever ...

If I were to guess , I'd say It's something to do with the medium .. but as I say , Itsa guess ...

Anyway , It's common from what I've seen , seems not to really spread ... and seems not to harm the plant in any detectable way.

g'day; white fly will cause that,some other moths can too,they eat the chlorophyll off the leaf.....also check for green caterpillars, they are about 1" long and blend into greenery very well, 1 grub can eat a bud in 1 night.
