has anyone had problems recieving orders from them still waiting, im still waiting 22days later been told 4 different stories, from them and starting to get aggresive.

potstar its not just you mate a number of people have complained about the service of these guys. in the old "hydro aqua pet" forum there was a thread registering a few complaints, but I don't think that forum exists anymore.

 

Luckily in my case their slack service started with not replying to my initial email enquiring about products so I never ordered from them which I am now very happy about.

thought so they tryed telling me today they never recieved payment, then when i faxed proof, they tryed saying their fax wasnt working, however fax did go threw. luckily im down there once a week so, as i told them i will make sure i collect, on this.

I hate it when people try on the gutless lying excuses instead of just saying we fucked up sorry. its pretty hard to get angry at someone who has admitted fault and apologised, and by the same token its pretty easy to get majorly pissed off if you think you are being bullshitted to. amazing how many businessmen don't get this basic concept.

i final got my order yesterday but it was not the 2 1000watt lucagrows i ordered, but 2 1000watt slyvannias, i could had got from Turks electrical wholesalers, down the road.

Hopefully theses guys get a bit of karma going their way soon.

Geez, Im sorry to hear about this man. I personally prefer the local hydrostore, but they dont always have everything.
