Dying buds

High all,

In 2 of my 5 grows i have had the leaves turn yellow and dye back into the bud, causing the bud to dry out and dye. If you look at entry No.6 from stoney72 in the cannaporn compettition this is exactly what it starts out like.

What do you's think? I'm growing 2 plants in a recirculating system under a 400 W Light in a cupboard with a fan... I flush fortnightly and check Ph levels daily. I'm using the complete Cana range (veg\flores, canazime at all times, rhizotonic in veg, and PK13 3 weeks B4 harvest.

Is it possible you're leaving things too long with harvest?

 

Any chance there's a mould infection happening here?

yellow dying leaves on bud, check for mould

 

Remember plants naturally die of to a popint apon harvest upto 25% of leaves may yellow and drop off but these are normally lower or large fan leaves, Bud leaf sounds like mould or heat issues.

hey dont use my pics as an example in that pic the drying and dying of the leaves was a mixture of fungus gnats locking out me nutes and also they were abit root bound

Thanks i don't think it's mould, more than likely temp or mabey i was late harvesting. I'll try add another fan 1st i think because it does get rather warm in there. Nice buds you got there stoney sorry to use as an example, i'm growing in 25 Ltr pots and i'll have to look up fungus gnats it could be my prob.
