Did a quick search on cannabis and it still says 1 plant outdoors is a $150 fine. This may change, but I haven't heard of any plans to change it...

I have also heard the rumour that the one plant rule has been changed to a no plant rule!!!

 

But have not heard, read anything concrete about this change in the law.

 

The Family First party is/was trying to get this rule changed to a no-plant rule and was one of the their not so recent election promises.

 

The drug driving laws are interesting. Sort of reassuring that some of the stoner drivers will be deterred from driving stoned. It is very contronversial about the DNA issue.

 

To the person wanting seeds. You cannot ask for seeds or weed on this site it is against the policy of oz stoners. There are no seedbanks in Australia. Seeds are illegal in SA and Australia as is the importation of seeds into Australia.

 

I strongly urge you not to ask anyone on this site to break the law or go against policy of ozstoners. Otherwise this site could go the way of OG and CW. That would be a waste!!!

Well I'll just be driving when it rains, considering where I live it normally rains 6 outa 7 days I'm laughin, no wonder I've yet to see these infamous Booze/Drug busses they've been advertising on the telly
