Hey Peeps...Im not sure if someone has posted this or not but it is now law in SA that NO plants can be grown anywhere..no outside and no inside. The 1 plant law is gone gone gone. Everyone goes to court over any MJ plants and you have to PROVE you bought nothing with supposed mj gains...

So best advice is..rent a house...dont grow in one you own..dont drive a flashy car unless you can show you paid for it from a job...make sure you have a job! and of course tell no-one about the mj

SA sucks and is run by right wing religious nazis

This state can go fuck itself

Jack Herer anyone?

*Takes juicy Jack Herer pic, thanks*

Fucks S.A. off my 'Places to Move To..." list.

What a fucking joke, every state of ours is now officially sucking arse, even America has gotten it's act together and decriminalised half it's fucking states (well....part-way, better than none).

Oh well, back to Plan A, overgrow these right-wing religious nazi's (as slowlysinking so eloquently put it :xcited: ).

Yes this state has gone down the gurgler...

To have a Labour Govt in power with more right wing policies regarding DNA taking, The crackdown on hardcore drugs (which involves marijuana and not hardcore drugs) than the Liberal party is very worrying...to outcompete each other the two main parties can only go further right

Drug driving testing starts next month and is set to pick up the minutest levels of THC and amphetamines in the body so that someone who smoked 3 days before will be "a drugged " driver

Help get me out here!

And yes the JH is goooooooooooooooooooooooooood

Scary stuff slowlysinking, has the new law on zero plants been gazzetted by the government yet? as i could not seem to find it, not to say it is not the law now but it must have been passed with no publicity, which would not surprise me in the slightest.

As for the law on drugs and driving I wonder if this will give police grounds to visit peoples homes who are found to have a prescribed amount of cannabis in thier bloodstream whilst driving......well i might as well sell the car now :peace:

Howdy Frazzle...I remember seeing the proposal about 2 weeks ago mentioned in the paper..but am gathering that because our Fav Right Wing Nazi Mike Rann wasnt spearheading the media coverage that it fell by the wayside

I bet you that is the next step...oh so you had mj in your system..you must be a grower...therefor you are now subject to cavity searches and home invasion.

Timeline

Reduce the money going into Paid public defenders

Increase severity of penalties for MJ growing

Compulsory DNA testing for all prisoners

Zero tolerance Marijuana

Where next? One pollie on TV said there was a LOT of people wanting all South Australians DNA tested so we could all be tracked.

While I am not an anthiest I have taken an interest in this site

I got word of mouth news today from interested people. They have been right on everything else so I dont doubt them on this

Its all because of the new deadly hydro strain super duper skunk where one plant can yield 20 pounds of 20% THC bud every 3 days. Don't ya read the papers?

Drivers in South Australia will be tested for illicit drugs from the first of July, with strict new laws targeting "drug-driving".

A saliva test will look for traces of methamphetamine (speed) and THC (the active ingredient in cannabis) in drivers, with penalties of nearly $2000 and up to two years in prison for repeat offenders.

The South Australian Government is basing the laws on Victoria’s trial of random roadside drug testing, with the legislation to be reviewed after twelve months.

The drug test will be conducted after an alcohol test on the driver, and will be via an absorbent pad placed inside the mouth or touched against the tongue.

The test will take approximately five minutes.

:toke: Its been happening in Tasmania for a while now, they conduct random tests. Far as I know they dont test very many people, but the number with some type of detectable drug in their bodies are quite high.

If this is the case my guess is that they would only test people that look or act "suspect" during a normal alcohol breath test, as there is no way they could hold up traffic for that long to test everyone.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere (RAA or RCV magazine) that the test can only pick up THC up to a few hours previous.

Any chemists among us that could design a mouth spray to degrade mouth saliva? carry it in the car spray just before pulling up, prefferably non-alcohol based for obvious reasons :toke:
