Forcing seed

hi everyone,

I got a nice strain that i really don't want to loose, does any one know how i could get it to seed without a male plant? cloning is not an option right now unfortunatly and i've heard this may be possible by changing light and temp conditions. any suggestions...

ok, heres a female seeding technique Ive yet to try out... but it comes from G Cervantes so its got to be a goer...

 

during your 12/12 light cycle you need for the light to go off for an hour-1 1/2 hours half way through ... so have the light turn off at the 5th hour and come back on 1 1/2 hours later...

 

as I said this technique ive yet to try... but this George Cervantes guy seems to know what the fuck hes doing....

 

give it a go...

 

usually what I do is just clone, and then clone from the clone.... eventually the strain senses the age and will try and regenerate itself. It will produce some male flowers and then self seed... usually takes about 6-7 times cloning from the clone to get it to push male flowers.. the more its been cloned the more male floers it will push...as long as its a pure female strain with no signs of hermie yet....

 

if you are flowering now and want this harvest. then when you pick.. leave a good amount of bottom growth when you harvest and switch back to 18/6, this will reveg.... then you can flower again using the light technique....or start the clone technique

if you wanna spaz the plant out and make it go crazy hermie, put the light cycle to 6/6/6/6

You should vary the temperatures as well, give it a couple of cold dark periods.
