i dont think its a temp problem then as i have had temps in excess of 35 degrees without any problems  i dont think they are too close to the light either as you'd see bleaching on the leaves :xcited:

also, since you are getting more growth like that, it leads me to believe it has something to do with what you are feeding them...i think the problem lays with the pH being slightly off which is locking out some nutes as you can see the newer growth is slightly more pale than the shade leaves and older growth :peace:

imo the best course of action for you to take is to give the plants a really good flushing for a few days and then start them back on some weaker nutes that you have used in the past and gradually working your way upto full strength

I disagree with wtc in that it I think its unlikely its a PH problem. In my experience PH problems have presented themselves in the lower older growth first. It could be a PH problem, but I think its more likely a nute problem if anything. Leaf curl can be an early sign of nute burn. Have you increased the amount you've been feeding them lately?

Since the curl is happening at the top, my first guess is heat stress. perhaps your overal temps are OK its just that the plant is a little too close to the light?

The other cause could be a viral infection. Check that the curling leaves seem otherwise healthy. If they fall apart or break easily when bent, or pull off the stem easily it could be the sign of a virus. Have a close inspection for any infestations on your plants. Bugs are hard to see sometimes even with a magnifying glass.

In any case a good flush then weaker nute mix like wtc said is probably all you can do.
