they are stretchign and likely need nitrogen or a flush , but a picture of the plants would help out allot

Ok how do I flush and I will have the pics up tomarrow cuz there lights just turned off.

 

How much nitrogen is a good amount? its 4 foot tall. One more ? What size pot should it be in?

The reason your leaves are dying is that they are shaded from the light and you have just cut your light back to 12hrs, the plant is using up the 'food' gathered in those leaves faster than they can accumulate it from the light (photosynthesis), as the stored food approaches zero the leaf yellows and eventually dies off, flowering plants take up a lot less nitrogen than vegging plants do so adding too much more to the plants in flower may be detrimental.

 

Figure 10 on this link shows a Sativa dominant in flower, Sativa dominants tend to yellow a lot more during the flowering stage than the Indica dominants do.
