I just received a copy today 

 

I just started reading the first 2 chapters..... I love this book already.... I really really strongly highly recommended all members to buy this book and support a fellow aussie in our community.... its one of the best books I have encountered based about Australia for for australian conditions and has fantastic information about the background about Kog's expereiences with law, problems and the goal.... etc...

 

buy it..... dont be too paranoid.... just get it, it will be the best $50 spent....

Is it more of a personal memoir, or does it contain tips and handy info??

its bit of both..... about his experiences and plenty of great tips for growing etc etc....

 

it's 176 pages and hardback... no softcovers avaviable thats why it's $50 but I think its worth it. I like hardcover books they seem last longer.......

 

There's also a aussie address in the book where you could buy pure old traditional sativas seeds in the book for $1 each plus $5 postage, use the link for kog's site for more details.

 

Planning to buy couple of more for my mate's birthday pressies.

hey urbanhog...you are a gentleman and a scholar...he he...it really is a great read, not like some other grow guides that can overwhelm you with info, this book keeps you laughing and thinking....like you, i think everybody should buy this book....enjoy your read...

hey elefunk.....sorry i don't know any of any cheaper versions of the book....i managed to pick up a copy at the local market for $35, but was lucky....like urbanhog mentioned, it is a hard cover book, adding to cost...but it is stacked full of issues that are relevant to growing in oz....i know it is a little steep for most of us, but if you can hold out and get the dosh together, you truly won't be disappointed...

My local video shop has copies of the original 60's propaganda movies/documentaries showing the dangers of pot.

 

$10 each. I might have to go back and grab a few. Haven't had a laugh in a long time. ::
