curling leaves on seedling?

Recommended Posts

hi all, got a few seedlings which are almost 3 weeks old, growing in soil/perlite mix and under 3x 24w "natural light" fluoros,6 inches from the tops. Have grown seedlings like this before.

anyway, one of my M60 seedlings just stopped growing at the first set of 3 fingered leaves (10 days ago) and the leaves curled under themselves in a really tight roll! tried raising the light a bit, have flushed a few times but still no change. looking thru a magnifying glass at where the new shoots should be i can just see some white bump/node things, almost like immature pre flowers! but these arent growing either? all the others are really happy but dont wanna lose this one as its the only 1 out of 5 M60s that sprouted!! Thanks guys and gals!

Guest SOMEONE

hey

i had a plant do the same thing sorta

it only got to 2nd seed leaf and stopped growing

after 2 weeks of flushing etc

i put it out the back and basically forgot about it

funnily enough in the nerxt month it picked up and just

started growing

never seen anything like it

at the moment it wouldnt be taking up much room

i would just leave it be, less water almost let the mix dry out and hopefully it will come good

if u got more beans drop a couple more

just in case..

take care and peace out

the other seedlings are 40mm tall and growing 5th set of leaves so not stretching to much and only watering every 2nd day with seasol solution. the medium is 50% perlite to try and avoid overwatering. they all had the same treatment to begin -its only this one M60 doing it? the medium feels like it may have compacted a bit, could it be lack of oxygen to the roots?
