Downward pointing leaves

Recommended Posts

Thanks thc , yeh i mainly removed the leaves that were far more curled and damaged than what you can see in my above pics , as it was added stress to the plants trying to rejuvinate damaged growth etc , the clones are about 3 months old they look small and they are but its mainly due to being stunted due to the problem im trying to solve in these particular ones :xcited: , you have nice plants dude and have growing down to a fine art , thats kool and thanks for your input

Have you ever tried or thought of coco its close to soil but sterile and predictable along with coco nutes its a very easy mediun to use not really hydro but produces as good if not better from what ive seen.

In coco its not uncommon for a first time grower to out do a Veteran of Hydro.

Ive made a few mistakes myself the more problems you have the faster you learn.

Perlite in cocomix helps to reduce chance of overwatering

clone in coco

small cuts need small feeds in a 10lt pot only feed 500ml of PH 6, 2.0ec per day until pots are asking for more about a week later. then add a drip system 4 times aday roughly feeding 2lt per dayper pot.

I sound like a coco salesman but it good and easy to dispose of unlike clay.

INteresting thc24 , ihave been considering taking the plunge into a hydro medium was leaning towards perlite , but with these clones it might be easier for me to get them into coco and give thaT a shot , theyd handle that transfer better than a straight perlite one i think . Would it work out costly though doing a run to waste like that ? Howe often would you flush coco ?

cheers

Do you treat for Pythium prevention ? ,, an infected plant will curl at the leaf tip like your pics and grow twisted when they have a dose of Pyth , the side of the leaf will also wrap inwards get darker with a type of wax sheen to the leaf

, not saying you got it 100% but to me you got something going on in the root zone .
