hey i was sitting around thinking today what if you put a fish in your hydro system? could it hurt or maybe even make it batter? let me know what yall think of this subject?

there are quie a few factors that come into play when You add fish to your res and you should have a read through his main post on auqaponix to get yourself an idea of what needs to be considered

hey there mate just get a fish bowl i can see any advantages of putting fish in ya system and i dont see how a fish could stay healthy with nutes in the water and when you start adding additives not a good combination for the poor fishy

well that all depends on how you look at it really , If you are looking for an organic alternative to the mineral salt based stuff that the rest of us use it's definatly worth a look into , HOWEVER as aquaponics warns in his thread , it is a long period of trial and error , and in the end you have to really be passionate about it because it takes allot of care and maintentnce and you will likely loose yoru fish one or two times

 

personaly I am designing a hobby Aqua garden just to have a play but my cannabis plants are too important for me to play around that much with he he
