well who knows it all depends on what side of the bed the judge wakes up on i recon but being a second offence there will definatly be abit of jail time involved. it also not good that it is one of the biggest crops found and that he had 2 guns on the property must have been for those pesky foxes i recon.

anyway there will be alot of publicity about this and i feel the judge may feel he has to make an example of this. which suxs i recon

I got 2 years for growing 50 plant's in 1988,the Law has changed abit since then,but 3000 plants is no personal use.Plus its a 2nd offence.How big was the 1st offence?

I'd be tellin' the judge that I've been workin' like a mule for years as a farmer and got no where. The plants were just a retirement fund, honest your honour, I didn't relise they were worth so much!.
