looks similar to the strain I grew few years ago in Tassie, but it was Northern Lights x Kindu Kush, but the buds were purple, yellow resin like "snowflakes" with reddish hairs... fuck this was a awesome smoke, not too potent, nice'n'mellow, but "feels trippy" specially when I made chocolate mud cake from the leaves (which was also over-flowing in resin  !) and ate few slices of the cake, and felt I was on 1/4th or 1/6th of a acid trip or something... I have never seen this favourite strain of mine ever since...... I will be VERY happy to walk over hot lava just to get this strain I mentioned above.

This strain above wasn't very big yeilding, but the quality/taste was unbeatable in my opinion.

I got it from Marc Emery, and I ordered again, and it wasn't the same strain, in fact it was taller, thinner leaves, very "sativa" sided.

Nowdays I doubt if this strain is REALLY "Northern Lights X Kindu Kush"??? or some other unknown strain.... fuck I really wish I knew bit more....

I think Marc Emery is bit unreliable .... got too many strains and they all mixed up, in my opinion.

Since I have joined up this site, I have been very happy camper.... but I still dream of getting that "mysterious" strain on my hands again.....

are you saying that the t-boat no longer operates?  now i'm confused. ;)

thats what it said on the tboat website.

that's what it is.

the T-boat coffeeshop is closed for public, and we are still in all kind of legal procedures to see if we can open again, for now,..it's my office only.

Amsterdam city has an anti coffeeshop policy that resulted in the closing down of half of the amount of coffeeshops during the last 5 years. The city in fact is trying to reduce even more by making new regulations even, this happened in our case.

The legal owner of the actual ship where the T-boat company is estabished being the president of the Hells Angels Amsterdam has also something to do with the local authorities efforts to find a way to close it. :P

The "local regulation" the authorities use to close the T-boat is a new one from the town's waterdepartement made in 1994 that only alowes bussyness on a boat in the waterways of Amsterdam if the busyness is "waterbound", meaning that it's ok to sell anchors to other boats, stuff like that, or make excursions with tourists, rent boats or so. the regulation meant that we had to close our doors for public, as we where not "waterbound" according to town hall.

we started legal procedures to get an exception, like some other companies have got but they take ages.

Well, I hope I informed you guys here, it's something we, in Holland face up with every day like every where else, authorities don't like cannabis, and will allways keep trying to bann it, even here, still.

ps. I had some pm's about the pic of "sweettooth" that's on overgrow's mainpage and in my catalog in the "outdoor" section as "skunk#1", the photographer is a visitor of the T-boat, he knows, it's a very nice pic of an outdoor bud,...and sweettooth is a skunk, I make not such a big deal out of it, been at the beginning of it all,..the crossings of strains, developing new ones,..still even, and what I found out the the past 25 years of looking at cannabis plants is that they all look alike, one way or the other. ;)

Yeah, I agree, but then it's how they smoke or digest that matters.

Good luck with your legal challenge.
