maybe someone from the greens should mention the billions of dollars spent of marijuana every year and that taxing the pot smokers would create a massive amount of money that could be used to give tax breaks to the rest of australia :scratchin

All definitions are intended to apply to largescale, commercial traffiking - the guys involved in drafting these treaties were horrified that the wording was used to encompass personal possession and use as that was never their intention.
